BOOKING AGREEMENT

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully.

When you make a booking with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions which constitutes a legally binding contract.

All bookings made with the ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS are strictly NON REFUNDABLE.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to rozalitisnoapartments.com (the "Website") which is privately owned and operated by the owner "ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS"
These terms and conditions (the “Booking Conditions“) apply to any reservation you make with us for Accommodation featured on our Website (each a “Booking“) via the Website.

Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions together with their associated policies carefully before accessing or using the Website or making Bookings, as these terms and conditions will apply when you do so. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Booking Terms and Conditions for your reference.
By making any Booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.

We provide this website so that you can book accommodation in “ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS” (accommodations ROMANA APARTMENT and ROZALI APARTMENT) that are displayed on our website.

The website contains information about the accommodation which is included in the Booking Conditions including the Cancellation Policy and the HOUSE RULES.

We have a number of related policies referred to in these Booking Conditions including our Privacy Policy. They all form part of our contract with you so please take the time to read them.

Each time you wish to use the Booking Services, please check these Booking Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that will apply at that time.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy very seriously. Please read our PRIVACY POLICY to see how we use your personal information, including information you provide about yourself when you make a reservation. By submitting your personal information to us, you consent to our use of that information in the ways described in our Privacy Policy.

Like many online services, we use a feature called a 'cookie', which is a small data file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on the hard drive of your device. References in these Terms to 'cookies' also include other methods of automatically accessing or storing information on your device. By accepting these Booking Terms, you give your consent to us using cookies in the ways described in our Privacy Policy, however, you may delete any of these cookies at any time if you wish.

USE OF THE BOOKING SERVICES

Our booking services are available to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not offer for resale any reservation services or rental services of any “ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS" accommodations appearing on our website without our express written permission.

MAKING A BOOKING

To be eligible to make a Booking and enter into a Rental Contract you must be 18 years of age or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Register with us on our website (in advance or at the time of booking) by providing your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information.

Have a valid payment method such as a valid debit or credit card as indicated on the payment page.

You can make a Booking directly through our website.

Please note that we prefer to take bookings via this website. Phone bookings are not currently being taken.

By making a Booking with us you are making an offer to receive our booking service and make payment (at the relevant time) in connection with the rental services;

Enter into a Rental Contract with “ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS” regarding the accommodation you have chosen.

The contract will be concluded when we receive payment and accept your booking by issuing a booking confirmation for the holiday dates specified in the rental agreement.

The contract binds you and all members of your party.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these booking terms and conditions.

Failure to disclose all relevant information or failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of the contract and loss of reservation.

You will receive a confirmation of your reservation on the screen and a confirmation of payment by e-mail to the address you provided.

Reservations by persons under the age of eighteen cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse the booking

PAYMENT

The acceptable payment methods for advance payment are credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover & Diners) via stripe. The amount charged to the guest’s credit card will be in euros (€). If the guest has a different currency on his/her credit card, a conversion to euros will be made by the guest’s credit card company. As a result of this conversion, there may be minor differences between the price shown on our website and the price charged to the guest’s credit card.
The currency converter on our website is for informational purposes only and provides a comparison based on the Euro. Please note that all final payments will be processed in Euros via credit card.

ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS is not responsible for the exchange rate differences or fees imposed by other banking institutions.We take the payments due at the time of Booking from your chosen payment method once you have entered your payment details and have clicked the ‘Confirm Card Details’ button, subject to payment authorization.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

48 hours before arrival, you will be asked to provide photographic identification from each guest with a photo electronically or on the day of arrival during check-in.

If you cannot present such identification on the day of arrival at check-in, your reservation will be cancelled. Accordingly, any payment you have made in connection with your reservation will be forfeited to APARTMENTS ROZALI TISNO under these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you cancel your booking at any time after it is made no refund of the funds paid for your booking will be made.

If you request to cancel a confirmed booking you can at the time request in writing to be granted for a booking credit for the funds already paid. If your credit is granted the amount kept for you in credit will be less than any costs, fees and charges incurred by the ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS at the time of processing and to process the cancellation

NO-SHOWS OR TERMINATIONS

If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in, no refund of the funds paid for your booking will be made.

KEYS

The keys are provided by the owners upon arrival. Upon departure, the keys should be personally returned to us. 

If your arrival or departure is late at night or very early in the morning, please notify us on time. Please also note that in the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

No unregistered guests are not allowed to visit the property

Any breach will have legal consequences and the contract may be terminated immediately.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The number of people sleeping in accommodation units must not exceed the following:

- Romana apartment: 3 people max.

- Rozali apartment: 6 people max.

By law, we are not allowed to host more people than those listed.

It is not allowed to swapping guest during the stay.

Any breach will have legal consequences and the contract may be terminated immediately.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties, gatherings, and functions are strictly prohibited on the rental property

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in all accommodations

CHECK-IN

Check-in to the facility is at or after 16:00 on the arrival date shown on the Booking Confirmation and Arrival Guide. Any guest who wants to check-in before the specified time will be refused until the accommodation is ready for occupancy.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at or before 10:00 AM on the departure date, as shown on the Arrival Guide. If it is found that the Guest has not departed the accommodation on the date of departure at the due time without prior approval and agreement, then the Guest will pay a penalty charge.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

The maximum Stay in ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS accommodations for any Booking is generally 28 consecutive nights and  minimum stay of 7 nights., subject to availability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must make sure that all the information you provide to us in connection with your Booking is true, accurate, current and complete. If any of your details change (e.g. email address, postal address), you must promptly update your details.

-  You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

-  You promise to us that during the Stay:

- that the number of people occupying the accommodations will not exceed the number stated on in your Booking Confirmation.

- that the Property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by you and your Guests;

-that you will (and ensure that your Guests will) show all due consideration and respect for Owners and their representatives and neighbours or other persons or parties that have a connection with the Property. This includes refraining from abusing your stewardship of the Property or dangerous, offensive, violent or anti-social behaviour towards such persons or parties;

- that you will (and ensure that your Guests will) use the Property and Rental Services lawfully, will not abuse any facilities provided as part of the Rental Services and will comply with any health and safety or other policies or instructions notified to you by us or the Owner in connection with the Property or Rental Services;

-  to allow the Owner or his representative to access the Property at any reasonable time during the Stay provided the Owner provides reasonable advance notice (except in emergencies);

-  to keep the Property and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the Property in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the Stay and to ensure that at the end of that period the Property is left in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. The Owner (or us acting on their behalf) may make an additional, reasonable charge for professional cleaning after your and your Guests’ occupancy as may be required to return the Property to its original state of cleanliness and tidiness;

-  to report as soon as possible to the Owner (or his representative) any breakages or damage caused by you or your Guests during the Stay. Without affecting any other remedies that the Owner has under the Rental Contract, you promise to fully reimburse the Owner for the cost of replacement or repair for such breakages or damage. We may collect such payments on the Owner’s behalf;

-  to arrive after 16:00. on the arrival day and to vacate the Property by 10:00. on the day of departure process (as detailed in your Booking Confirmation) or agreed otherwise with the Owner;

-  not to allow any person other than you and your Guests to use the facilities and amenities of the Property

-  to notify all Guests before the Stay starts of your and their obligations under this terms and conditions

-  You will be responsible for all Guests staying at the Property and the things they do (and do not do) even if you do not stay there yourself during the Stay.

-  It is your responsibility to ensure you, your Guests have the relevant travel and health documents and requirements needed for visiting the country in which a Property is located. These include any passport or other identification documents, visa requirements. We will not be liable for any expenses incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any non-compliance with such requirements.

- In the event that you or any Guest fails to comply with the requirements set out above in the Owner (or their representative) can refuse to allow you and your Guests to enter and stay at the Property or can require you and your Guests to leave the Property before the end of the Stay. In either case, you will be treated as having broken the terms of Rental Contract and the provision set out in the Owners’ right to end a Rental Contract section will apply.

INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to departing for your holiday. It is your responsibility to check that your insurance cover is adequate.

CHANGES TO THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS

We may make changes to these Booking Conditions at any time by sending you an email with the modified Booking Conditions or by posting a copy of them on the Site. Any changes will take effect 7 days after the date of our email or the date on which we post the modified terms on the Site, whichever is the earlier. If you continue to use the Site after that period has expired, it means that you accept any such changes. The modified Booking Conditions will not apply to any Bookings that we confirm with you before the date the modified Booking Conditions come into effect.

GENERAL

We retain the exclusive right to decline booking or promptly cancel a reservation, event or other activity if its nature is inconsistent with our business or brand values and is considered detrimental.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed In accordance with Croatian law.
