HOUSE RULES

Dear guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules: 

  • Check-In Procedure: Upon arrival, please hand over your identity card or passport to the host for registration at the Tourist Office.
  • No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and functions are strictly prohibited on the rental property.
  • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
  • No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The apartment’s facilities are for the use of registered guests only.
  • No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms: Please consume food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas only. Avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms.
  • Noise Control: Maintain low noise levels, especially between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
  • No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property, regardless of size or breed.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, explosives, and flammable materials are not allowed.
  • Valuables: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The owner is not liable for any loss or theft.
  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their behavior and any accidents that occur in and around the house.
  • Secure the Property: When inside, keep the front door closed. When leaving, ensure all doors and windows are closed, lights and electrical devices (TV, air conditioner, stove, etc.) are turned off, and water is shut off.
  • Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash, recycling, organics, and paper in the designated bins provided. Dispose of trash daily.
  • Owner's Right to Enter: The owner may enter the apartment in the guest's absence under special circumstances to prevent damage or danger. The guest will be informed of any such entry at the earliest opportunity.
  • Respect for Property: Do not damage equipment or furniture, cause disturbances, or disrupt other guests.
  • Linen and Towel Changes: Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Guests are responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the apartment.
  • Use of Equipment: It is forbidden to take tools and equipment out of the apartment (towels, blankets, kitchen utensils...)
  • Damage and Loss: Report any damage or loss of the apartment’s equipment, fixtures, or fittings immediately. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their actions and must reimburse the corresponding value.
  • Property Removal: Do not remove tools, equipment, or items (e.g., towels, blankets, kitchen utensils) from the apartment.
  • Check-Out Time: Please vacate the accommodation by 9:30 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Staying past 9:30 AM will incur an additional daily charge.
  • Key Return: Return all keys at the end of your stay.
  • Compliance with House Rules: A guest who does not adhere to the house rules and disrupts the peace may have their accommodation canceled without notice. If the host cancels the accommodation due to a policy violation, the guest will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay. Additionally, if you decide to end your stay early, no refund will be issued for the funds paid for your booking.
