Can I book just one night?

Unfortunately we only rent for 7 nights minimum.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00

Check-out is from 06:00 to 09:30

Are pets accepted?

Pets are not allowed.

Age restriction?

The minimum age for check-in is 18.

How do I make a booking?

Please note that we prefer to take bookings via this website. Phone bookings are not currently being taken.

What is the cancellation policy?

All bookings made with the ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS are strictly NON REFUNDABLE.

Can I cancel my booking and ask for a refund?

If you cancel your booking at any time after it is made no refund of the funds paid for your booking will be made.

If you request to cancel a confirmed booking you can at the time request in writing to be granted for a booking credit for the funds already paid. If your credit is granted the amount kept for you in credit will be less than any costs, fees and charges incurred by the ROZALI TISNO APARTMENTS at the time of processing and to process the cancellation

What if I don't show up or if my booking is canceled early?

If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in, no refund of the funds paid for your booking will be made. 

Can unauthorized guests enter the accommodation?

Unregistered guests are not allowed to visit the property.

How do we get the key to the apartment?

The keys are provided by the owners upon arrival. Upon departure, the keys should be personally returned to us. 

Can I organize a party in the accommodations?

Parties, gatherings, and functions are strictly prohibited on the rental property.

Can we smoke inside apartments?

Smoking is not allowed.

Is there a BBQ?

BBQ is not included.

How many people can the apartments accommodate?

The number of people sleeping in accommodation units must not exceed the following:

- Romana apartment: 3 people max.

- Rozali apartment: 6 people max.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

By law, we are not allowed to host more people than those listed.

Is there an internet connection?

We have free WiFi.

How much does it cost to stay at Romana or Rozali apartment?

The prices at Romana or Rozali apartment may vary depending on your stay (e.g. dates you select, ,policy etc.). See the prices by entering your dates.

Is the parking lot near the accommodations?

Yes, there is a free open public parking lot in front of the apartments.
